1. Daily Tasks
Let’s begin with the daily tasks. We know that the skills you need to achieve maintain sobriety can't be learnt overnight. So we split it up into 12 weeks worth of skills, review and practice designed to best help you acquire the skills you need and make them stick. They won't take more than 15 min a day. Here is a quick overview of the program modules & the skills you'll learn for you to glance through:
