15 minutes per day: We know that recovery can only happen in little steps. True to this, we’ve broken down our course into 3-5 simple daily tasks every day that’ll help you acquire new skills, techniques and belief in yourself. But all we ask is that you spend 10-15 minutes daily completing them, preferably at the same time every day.
Belief: This program was built over the course of 2 years with input from over 75 experts and 500+ people in recovery – and if there is one thing that we’ve learnt - it is that change can only happen if you believe that it can. So, we ask you to hold on to the faith that you can achieve your sobriety goals. Progress isn’t a straight line – There will be ups, downs, successes and slips.
