Set Goals

Life in recovery can be incredibly messy. Our minds are often filled with a variety of different thoughts and emotions. Moving forward hoping to figure tasks out on the go might not work all that well. By planning and setting achievable goals, not only do we greatly increase the odds of accomplishing them, and we feel good about ourselves, and feel even more motivated to achieve them. The goal tracker tool in my portal might be useful for setting goals and receiving notifications.
