Welcome to Module 2: Challenges and How to Overcome them
Yay! Congratulations on making it to Module 2. If you made it here and have done the exercises before this carefully, You must've already begun to see progress. If not, don't worry, this module will help you gain one of the most important skills in all of recovery - emotion management. In the picture above, you can see the outline for the module. We will cover all these materials & tools in detail over the next 3 weeks.
As you might have guessed, it has a lot to do with managing thoughts & emotions. They are extremely important they literally control our actions. So we are going to go deep into concepts & techniques that will help you connect with your emotions & learn to manage them.
Once again, we ask just two things of you: 15 minutes a day and Belief. Please spend 15 minutes on the app every day to complete the daily tasks mindfully and hold on to the belief that you can kick the habit, and you most certainly will. With that let's begin module 2!
