Using these support systems

While identifying our support systems is an important step, we must then utilize them. When we wrote our Prevention Plan we identified specific lines of communication with our support networks, so it may be helpful to review that plan and make edits if necessary. Having a game plan about when and how we reach out to our support networks will set us up for success.
